We're in the tackle business, and have been for a long time. It's a wild & wooly thing at times; please be advised that:

• Pictures and descriptions may not be accurate and may not exist. For example, a photo of a right-handed reel may be displayed on a page showing a Left-Hand model. Or, a description may say "we guarantee", but it was written by the manufacturer and not by Bud's Bait, so it's describing the manufacturer warranty.

• "In Stock" numbers are synchronized regularly but not instantly. If the site knows that a product is not in our warehouse it will warn you, but it might not know.

• Electronic communication is great, but it's often not "real time". We do check our email but we don't sit at our desks waiting for one to show up. If we don't answer a contact form submission or email, it's also possible that it wasn't received. You can call during business hours if we've missed something you've sent.
