We're in the tackle business, and have been for a long time. It's a wild & wooly thing at times; please be advised that:

• Pictures and descriptions may not be accurate and may not exist. For example, a photo of a right-handed reel may be displayed on a page showing a Left-Hand model. A package of 100 baits may be shown but the package size is not 100 (our site displays the package count if known, otherwise, assume one item/package). Or, a description may say "we guarantee", but it was written by the manufacturer and not by Bud's Bait, so it's describing the manufacturer warranty.
   
• "In Stock" numbers are synchronized regularly but not instantly. If the site knows that a product is not in our warehouse it will warn you, but it might not know.
   
• Electronic communication is great, but it's often not "real time". We do check our email but we don't sit at our desks waiting for one to show up. If we don't answer a contact form submission or email, it's also possible that it wasn't received. You can call during business hours if we've missed something you've sent.
   
• We have limitations on what items we will ship. We have minimum purchases for certain items in order to have/allow them to be shipped. We sell some items that may be pictured or described as a package, bag, card, or other container as "one each" in some circumstances, and as a "full bag" in others. Make sure that you understand this and know what you're ordering.
   
• Lastly, due to all of the above, and the nature of internet sales/business, We reserve the right to reject fultillment of a sale and refund your paid amount. If we do a refund, we will issue it promptly, but the office is not available for this purpose on Saturday or Sunday.
