How do I find products?
Use the links on the top menu (or the 'hamburger' drop-down menu on mobile devices) to find products. You can see "New" products for the current year, or see all the brands or categories and 'drill down' from there, or use our Search tool, which recognizes most data including UPCs and MPNs.
Everything says "BACK ORDER"...how do I know if a product is in stock?
By default, all inventory items are shown to new visitors. If you prefer, change to "in-stock only" via the settings page. Our site now lists both "retail stock" and "back stock" like this: 4/17. If you are physically in our retail store, you should find 4 of this item. However, we can ship 17 units from the warehouse across the street, so online users would technically be able to order up to 21 units of this product for same- or next-day shipment.
How many items are in a package?
We recently added a "pkg quantity" field to our database. It's accurate in many cases but there are quite a few products that are still not correct, especially in terminal tackle categories like hooks and sinkers and in some bait categories. If in doubt, contact us and we'll check for you.
How do I create an order?
You can use the site as a typical shopping cart. Push the "Add to Cart" button to add a product to your cart. Push the "Add to Favorites" button to save a product for later. The cart and Favorites are accessible by links in or near the User menu in the top right hand corner of most pages.
How do I view the products I've saved to my cart?
Click the "cart" icon with the red number(dot) in the menu area. Here it is on the Desktop site:

If you don't see the "cart" icon on the mobile menu, refresh the page and try again.

How do I use/add coupon codes?
Coupon codes can be added on the settings page or at the bottom of your shopping cart just above the site footer. You can verify your codes on the Settings page. A discount should be added to each line item in your order for which a coupon applies. This is a new feature (September 2024), so please contact us if you observe irregularities in cart/coupon interaction.
