Our year-round Joplin location is one of the best-stocked & serviced tackle shops in the 4-States, with knowledgeable employees ready & willing to assist you. We open at 8AM and close at 6PM, excepting during the winter when we close at 5:30PM. We are closed on Sundays.
From Range Line Road: Turn east at Cane's Chicken (13th Street), drive past Hobby Lobby, and go about 4 blocks to the light at Rex Ave. From there, it's just one more block to Bud's Bait on your right.
From I-49/249/Business Loop 66 & Parts East: Take Business 44/East 7th towards Joplin, turning South on Duquesne Road
(by SW MO Bank, Casey's, Sami's Restaurant), to Celebration Church (13th Street). Turn right (west) and we're 3 long blocks ahead on your left.

Bud's Bait — Carthage is on the northeast side of the US96-US66/North River Street/El Dorado Street junction, at the NE edge of town,
less than a minute away from Spring River & Kellogg Lake Parks, west of the bridge, where we've been since 1962.
From the city of Carthage, take Central
Avenue eastward towards Springfield/Avilla. From east of town on Highway 96, watch for Bud's circle drive on the right after passing Kellogg Lake
& crossing three bridges on the way into town.
